David Marko 8 December 2011 07:34:00Reminders are simple notes based on the date and time and optionally connected to specific company. Reminders are stored in this database to be available for others. While the reminder is creating and saving here, the appropriate reminder is being created in the users mail file (in calendar) with enabled notification at the same time.
1. Reminders section
Reminders section provides an access to common views based on categories (by month, by person etc.) and to the calendar views. There is a button available for creating a new reminder as well.
2. Creating a reminder
The new reminder form requires just entering date and time, and the subject. Optionally user can attach a reminder to the selected company. In such way the user can e.g. maintain a list of meetings with customers.
Attachments are also available for reminders. While saving, the reminders is being created or updated in users LN calendar(mail file)
3. Calendar view
Users can browse reminders in a several ways. Probably the most convenient is to use a calendar view. User can view items in private calendar or in shared calendar, where his own and the others reminders are available and differentiated only by background color.
